Aside from being a powerful antioxidant and tons of health benefits, green tea has antioxidants that speed up the process of calorie-burning in your body.

The last thing would be gene activators. Fish oil is one of the most common gene activator. It has Omega-3 fats that turn on genes increasing fat burning while turning off genes that decrease storage of fats.
